Nesel Packs

Address: 321 19th Ave S
Minneapolis, 55414
Eligibility: Nesel Packs partnered with Fraser — a Minnesota-based group that provides services to folks with autism — to help supply backpacks to the kids who could use them. For every $100 donation to the campaign, Fraser provides a backpack to a child in need. Any interested parent looking to purchase one for their child can buy one for $115 (if they have the packs in stock).
Services Provided: Nesel Packs, created by students in an entrepreneurial course at the University of Minnesota, are backpacks designed for students on the autism spectrum. It has several features, such as clips on the straps to attach tools, specially designed straps to mimic a compression vest, a security strap, pouches on the inside to add weight, and an ID tag in the front to let your child customize the bag.

The design and accessibility of the backpack may also help kids with anxiety issues, ADHD, or dyslexia.
